Missing Teenage Boy from Whitby


Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old Whitby teen, who was last seen on Thursday evening in Bowmanville.

Graeme POWELL, age 14, of Whitby, was last seen on Thursday, September 2, 2021 around 6 p.m. running south on Liberty Street, near Concession Street in Bowmanville. He was visiting family at a residence and left in a distraught state.

POWELL is described as male, white, 5’10” tall, slim build, dirty blonde hair and glasses. He was wearing a black windbreaker, black hoodie, black Root pants and black and white Vans shoes.
