One Male Deceased after Shots Fired in Pickering

Homicide investigators were called to investigate a shooting that claimed the life of a 32-year-old male, who was found deceased inside a residence in Pickering.

On Monday, September 27, 2021, at approximately 11:30 p.m., members of West Division were called to a townhouse complex after several shots were fired. A 32-year-old male was located with multiple gunshot wounds. Two occupants were located at the scene and taken into custody. The victim and the two occupants reside at the residence.

Quinton MCDONALD, 32-years-old of Pickering, was pronounced dead at the scene.

There are no charges at this time and the investigation is ongoing.

This is Durham Region�s third homicide of 2021.
