Purpose: Parking Garage Ramp Replacement
Duration: Monday, July 5, 2021 to approximately September 27, 2021
Construction for replacement of the ramp to the underground parking garage at the Civic Complex is scheduled to continue until September 27, 2021, due to earlier weather-related delays.
Staff who normally park in the garage, will be directed to continue to park their personal or company vehicles in the areas outlined in the map below. Please note that the Pickering Town Centre is private property and that no special provisions have been made for use of their parking lot by City staff.
A small portion of sidewalk will be closed during the course of this project, which is also outlined in the map below.
Deliveries had previously been redirected to the main entrance of the Civic Complex as a result of Covid-19 measures, and will be maintained in the current format for the duration of the project.
