Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Planning & Development Committee is holding an Electronic Statutory Public Meeting, as authorized under section 238 of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended. City Initiated Zoning By-law Amendment Application – A 01/22
City of Pickering
North and south side of Alexander Knox Drive (formerly Whitevale Road), west of Sideline 20 within Wilson Meadows Neighbourhood, in the Seaton Community
The City of Pickering is proposing a technical housekeeping amendment to Site Specific Zoning By-law 7652/18. The purpose of the amendment is to make minor adjustments to select zone boundaries as shown on Schedule I to Zoning By-7652/18. The proposed revisions do not affect the substance of the respective by-law, and are in keeping with Council’s intentions when initially passed on September 18, 2018.
